LUXE HILLS GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB, Chengdu, Sichuan Province, China
The Grand Opening for this 18-hole international standard golf course was highlighted by a prestigious honor…voted “Best New Golf Course Design for 2007” by China Golf Magazine. This marks JMP’s third consecutive year to win the award. The golf venue is the focal point of an integrated residential community which features several signature holes with dramatic rock outcroppings. NORTH RIVER CLUB, Beaufort, North Carolina, USA
This semi-private golf club opened in August of 2007 and is the centerpiece of a mixed use neo-traditional community located in the historic waterfront town of Beaufort, North Carolina. The project is located on the site of a former 700 acre farm with minimal topography and required the movement of over 900,000 cubic yards of earth and the planting of 1,500 trees to create a golf course of international standard. North River Club provides an unparalleled venue for quality golf along the “Crystal Coast” of North Carolina. |

MANILA GOLF CLUB, Manila, Philippines
After an 18 month renovation, Manila Golf Club officially reopened in January. Due to its location in Makati City, the central business district of Manila, the private Club had long enjoyed both tremendous membership demand and membership value, but the quality of the golf course left much to be desired. The renovation involved the total re-contouring of the layout, the relocation of four holes, the creation of a much needed irrigation lake, sand plating of fairway and rough to overcome very poorly drained soils and the complete reconstruction of all golf course features. As a result of the renovation Manila Golf has finally taken its place as one of the finest golf courses in Asia. |

LOMAS GOLF & HABITAT, Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico
This exclusive 18-hole residential in-city golf club and residential community opened in October of ‘05. The golf course is a Par 71, 6950 yard parkland style golf course with numerous high flashed sand bunkers, extensive colorful landscaping, and captivating water features throughout the golf setting. The putting greens and tees are in superb condition and planted with A-4 creeping bentgrass, while the lush fairways and roughs feature Salam paspalum turf; a first for Mexico.

This 18-hole championship course is JMP’s first design collaboration with touring pro and Master’s Champion, Fred Couples. The signature course is situated on 700 acres of beautiful rolling countryside near the Chapel Hill, Raleigh/Durham and the Research Triangle area. The golf course is part of a golf/river/residential community being developed by Bluegreen Golf, Inc. Opening Spring 2006. |

NANGUO PEACH GARDEN GOLF CLUB, Nanhai Peach Garden Resort, Guangdong Province, China
The final 9-holes comprising the South Course and the Clubhouse opened in the Summer of 2006. This completed the 27-hole championship golf facility which is one of the key amenities of the famous Peach Garden Resort near Guangzhou. The golf course complex is part of a 5-star hotel & sports club resort and features 18-holes lighted for night play. The course was awarded by China Golf Magazine as the “Best New Golf Course for 2006”.

This 18-hole, Par 72 layout opened in November of 2005 to rave reviews from the media. This 27-hole high-end private golf club is located about 1 hour from Seoul. Membership values are already near the top of the market based on the highly regarded reputation of the predecessor course in Jeju. Each combination of 9-holes will yield a par 72 – 7,300 yard test of golf. The course will feature magnificent ridgeline views, creeks & lakes and secluded forest glens. Construction is scheduled for early in the 2nd quarter of 2008. |
