GRAND HILL INTERNATIONAL GOLF CLUB, Jingtan, China
The 18-hole golf course opened in 2009 and forms the centerpiece of this
up-scale mixed-use residential golf community. The riverside golf course
features numerous waterscapes and colorful landscaping. The town of Jingtan
is located near Chengdu, which was recently voted the 2nd most desirable
metropolitan community in China for its' "quality of life" characteristics.
The course hosted the Asian LPGA Chengdu Championship in 2010.

With a long and storied past, JMP was commissioned to renovate this 18-hole
classic layout located just southeast of Bangkok. The golf course is receiving
a major face-lift to maintain its’ status as one of the most popular
golf destinations for the international clientele attracted to the region.
The 1st phase of renovations has been completed and the course has re-opened

PRESERVE GOLF CLUB, Pleasanton, California, USA
This 18-hole, Par 72 layout opened in November of 2005 to rave reviews
from the media. Golfweek’s "America’s Best Courses"
placed Callippe as 6th Best Public-access course in California closely
behind such distinguished tracks as Pebble Beach, Spyglass and Pasatiempo.
Golf Digest awarded the course among the “Best New Golf Courses

This 18-hole championship course is JMP’s first design collaboration
with touring pro and Master’s Champion, Fred Couples. The signature
course is situated on 700 acres of beautiful rolling countryside near
the Chapel Hill, Raleigh/Durham and the Research Triangle area. The golf
course is part of a golf/river/residential community developed by Bluegreen
Golf, Inc. Opened in the Spring 2006.
CUTTER
CREEK GOLF CLUB, North Carolina, USA
Located in the tri-city area of Greenville, Goldsboro and Kinston, this
high-end, mixed-use community offers a semi-private 18-hole par 72, 7300
yard golf course. Products include primarily single-family lots, luxury
townhouses and patio homes. Recreational amenities include swimming pool,
tennis courts, fitness and social club facility. The objective is to create
“THE CLUB” in the region. The golf course, which opened in
the Fall of 2008, has already been nicknamed “The Beast of the East”

One is a traditional Parkland course featuring lakes, streams and tree

LOMAS GOLF & HABITAT, Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico
This exclusive 18-hole residential in-city golf club and residential community
opened in October of ‘05. The golf course is a Par 71, 6950 yard
parkland style golf course with numerous high flashed sand bunkers, extensive
colorful landscaping, and captivating water features throughout the golf
setting. The putting greens and tees are in superb condition and planted
with A-4 creeping bentgrass, while the lush fairways and roughs feature

In April of 2011 the course hosted The Volvo China Open (European Tour
Event). The Grand Opening for this 18-hole international standard golf

New Golf Course Design for 2007” by China Golf Magazine. This marked
JMP’s third consecutive year to win the award. The golf venue is
the focal point of an integrated residential community which features

ISLAND GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB, Chang An, Dongguan, China
Originally opening in 1995, the 27-hole golf club has become one of the
most popular golf courses in China. As a result of this success, JMP was
been brought back to add another 9-holes to bring the total to 36-holes
of world-class golf. The golf complex also offers lighting to allow golfers

MANILA
GOLF CLUB, Manila, Philippines
Awarded the prestigious “International Renovation of the Year –
2009” by GolfInc. Magazine. After an 18 month renovation, Manila
Golf Club officially reopened in January 2008. Due to its location in
Makati City, the central business district of Manila, the private Club
had long enjoyed both tremendous membership demand and membership value,
but the quality of the golf course left much to be desired. The renovation
involved the total re-contouring of the layout, the relocation of four
holes, the creation of a much needed irrigation lake, sand plating of
fairway and rough to overcome very poorly drained soils and the complete
reconstruction of all golf course features. As a result of the renovation
Manila Golf has finally taken its place as one of the finest golf courses
in Asia.
MASONBORO
COUNTRY CLUB, Wilmington, North Carolina, USA
The reconstruction was completed in the Summer of 2008. Formerly known
as The Cape Golf Club, the renovation of Masonboro CC encompassed the
redesign and reconstruction of all tees, greens and bunkers and fairway
contours. State of the art irrigation and drainage systems were also included
in the program. The focus of the redesign created a visually dramatic
golf course, a strong test of the game, unparalleled playing conditions
and a golf club which truly focuses on the avid golfer.
NANHAI
PEACH GARDEN GOLF CLUB, Nanhai Peach Garden Resort, Guangdong Province,
China
The final 9-holes comprising the South Course and the Clubhouse opened
in the Summer of 2006. This completed the 27-hole championship golf facility
which is one of the key amenities of the famous Peach Garden Resort near
Guangzhou. The golf course complex is part of a 5-star hotel & sports
club resort and features 18-holes lighted for night play. The course was
awarded by China Golf Magazine as the “Best Golf Design & Best
New Golf Course for 2006”.

RIVER CLUB, Beaufort, North Carolina, USA
This semi-private golf club opened in August of 2007 and is the centerpiece
of a mixed use neo-traditional community located in the historic waterfront
town of Beaufort, North Carolina. The project is located on the site of
a former 700 acre farm with minimal topography and required the movement
of over 900,000 cubic yards of earth and the planting of 1,500 trees to
create a golf course of international standard. North River Club provides
an unparalleled venue for quality golf along the “Crystal Coast”
of North Carolina.
QINGHE
BAY GOLF CLUB – WEST COURSE, Beijing, China
When Beijing hosted the 2008 Summer Olympics, the region experienced robust
development. This spectacular 27-hole facility, designed by JMP, opened
to coincide with the Olympics. It is part of an overall 54-hole complex.
Extensive and mature landscaping has transformed this environment into
a beautiful and welcoming urban forest. Awarded “One of the Top

ROYALE
JAKARTA GOLF CLUB, Jakarta, Indonesia
The founding members of this 27- hole private club, which opened in late
2008, include many of the most successful business leaders in Indonesia.
The site, strategically located within the city of Jakarta, provided a
wonderful canvas of rolling terrain and specimen trees facilitating the
creation of a world-class golf course. This “stand alone”
golf course features dramatic “shaping” with long range vistas
previously unheard of in the relatively flat topography of inner-city
Jakarta. The course was awarded to host the Indonesian Masters in April
of 2011.

COUNTRY CLUB, Sacheon, Korea

SUMMIT GOLF CLUB, Fuzhou, China
A new 18-hole golf resort conveniently located in the City of Fuzhou within
China’s southeastern Fujian Province. The project will feature an
upscale residential component surrounding the centerpiece golf course,
as well as a full-service clubhouse and hot spring hotel complex. The
course is scheduled to be open for play in the summer of 2012.
JIUZHAIGOU
SHANGRI LA MOUNTAIN RESORT, Sichuan Province, China
The setting for the 18-hole resort golf course is as the name suggests…Shangri
La.Located near the famous “World Culture Heritage” site of
Juizhaigou Valley Scenic Spot in western Sichuan Province the course will
be open for play in the Fall of 2012. A new Banyan Tree Resort Hotel will
overlook the golf course surrounded by the breathtaking scenery of this
high mountain alpine plain reminiscent of the Alps.
PADIVALLEY
GOLF CLUB, Makassar, Indonesia
This residential / resort development spreads across mountainous foothills
and gentle valleys near the city of Makassar in South Sulawesi. The golf
course is nearing completion late in 2011. The Project includes residential
enclaves, country club, resort hotel, day villas and an 18-hole resort
/ championship golf course. Although the golf course will primarily cater
to membership and resort play, the layout is easily capable of hosting
both Asian and ASEAN Tour events. A combination of elevated ridges, panoramic
views, rocky stream channels, expansive lakes and strongly defined valleys
create a beautiful setting for great golf and an idyllic resort.

A new golf and residential community for China’s south central provincial
Capital City of Guiyang. The course has been carefully routed through
a beautiful valley and rolling hillside terrain. Completion is anticipated

REINE COUNTRY CLUB, Gapyeong, Korea
Design is underway for this 18-hole private golf club approximately 1
hour northeast of Seoul. The course is sensitively routed through the
forests of pine and oak and will offer a variety of challenging tests
of golf. Numerous streams and waterfalls feed into ponds and lakes that
are thoughtfully located to add visual and strategic interest. The clubhouse
is situated to take advantage of commanding views of the finishing golf
holes.
KOTA
BARU PARAYHANGAN GOLF CLUB, Bandung, Indonesia
This 18-hole championship golf course is an integral component of Kota
Baru Parayhangan, a carefully planned and implemented mixed use development
located in Bandung. Spreading over an area of 1,250 hectares, Kota Baru
surrounds the upper reaches of Lake Saguling. This “new city”
is already home to 2,100 residences, the Mason Pines Hotel, international
schools, an architecturally unique mosque, restaurants, a commercial center
and an arts colony. The golf course is designed to meander along the edges
of Lake Saguling, to flow into the surrounding deeply incised valleys
and to provide panoramic views from the mountain flanks that surround
the development. Construction is planned for the fall of 2011.

Jakarta, Indonesia
Located in the center of Jakarta, Senayan Golf Club is one of the most
historic golf courses in Indonesia. Its proximity to the heart of Indonesia’s
center of government and the country’s economic hub provide Senayan
with a unique golf market, but the golf course has long lacked the quality
golf experience that would attract the elite golfer. The golf course has
been deficient in imaginative design, sound infrastructure and well maintained
turf. JMP has been commissioned to implement a complete and total renovation
of the golf course. The much anticipated conversion of Senayan Golf Club
into a “world class” golf course commenced in the second quarter
of 2011.

DALE GOLF CLUB, Gangwon Province, Korea
Forests of pine and hardwood combined with breathtaking views will provide
the backdrop for this private golf enclave located less than an hour’s
